Cantilever racks are a type of storage racks widely used in industries such as mechanical processing and building material supermarkets. These racks are suitable for storing various long-shaped materials, ring-shaped materials, plates, pipes, irregular-shaped materials, and even small cars. The loading and unloading of goods on cantilever racks can be done using forklifts, cranes, or manual handling.

According to the reference FEM10.2.09, unless otherwise specified, the total deflection deformation of the rack should consider the following components.

Goods must not exceed the length of the cantilever arms, and their weight must not exceed the load-bearing capacity of the arms. The load values for all cantilever arms are based on uniformly distributed loads (UDL).

1.The installation team responsible for installing the racks should undergo training to ensure that the rack components are installed according to installation specifications, design plans, and installation manuals.

2.All forklift drivers or crane operators should receive proper operation training and obtain licenses to operate the equipment. They should also receive training on the correct usage of this type of rack and have a copy of the user manual.

3.It is important to ensure that the actual load does not exceed the rack's designed safe load without our permission. Any arbitrary modification to the overall structure of the rack should be avoided.
